What is an AI Unit?
A measure of live AI time, the same in both modes: one Unit buys a set amount of a tutoring session or of a participant's seat in a class — one minute, unless your price list says otherwise. A session holds its Units when it starts and gives back the minutes it did not use.
What happens when Units run out?
A new session does not start until there are Units to pay for it: nothing is ever run on credit. You can buy more at any time, and Units already bought never expire.
Who can buy Units?
Your organisation can, and give them to its learners. If you allow it, learners and their parents can buy their own. Units belong to the person they were bought for, so one learner cannot spend another's.
Does a person check what the AI teaches?
Yes. The tutor teaches from your own curriculum, and every class's lesson plan is drafted from your material and taught only once someone on your staff has approved it. Staff can watch any session live and read its transcript afterwards.
Can the tutor teach in more than one language?
Yes. A curriculum can carry translations, or you can bring one file per language.
Can people who are not our students join a class?
If you allow it. A class can be open to your members only, to people who register on your public page, to anyone who requests access, or to guests with a link or join code.
